Everything is confirmed with the operator before departure, so the crew simply makes it happen.

- Can I order food from a specific restaurant?
- In many departure cities, yes. We coordinate with the restaurant and the operator's caterer to have dishes prepared and finished correctly for service at altitude.
- How are allergies handled?
- Allergies and dietary requirements are confirmed in writing with the caterer and the operator before every flight — never left to chance or assumption.
- Does this apply to any charter flight?
- Inflight arrangements are coordinated with the operator of your flight. For PJXO-arranged charters this is seamless; for other flights it depends on the operator's catering policies.
- How much notice is needed?
- Standard catering preferences need little notice; restaurant sourcing and special wines are best requested a few days ahead. Send the request and we will confirm what is possible.
