Availability, terms and total pricing are confirmed with the property before you commit. If your stay connects to a PJXO flight, arrival and departure times are coordinated, and transfers, chefs or childcare can be arranged around the same itinerary.

- Can you arrange villas with staff?
- Yes. Many of the villas we work with can be staffed with a chef, housekeeper or host. Tell us the level of service you prefer and we will include it in the options.
- Do you charge for finding a property?
- Concierge service charges are quoted separately and agreed before any booking is made. Accommodation pricing is confirmed transparently with the property.
- Can you help with last-minute stays?
- Often, yes — particularly in hotels. Peak-season villas in August or over Christmas require more notice, but send the request and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
- Are the properties vetted?
- We work with properties and agencies we know, and we tell you what we know about each option — including anything we think you should be aware of before committing.
