We are straightforward about what can and cannot be arranged: nothing is promised before it is confirmed, availability and pricing are agreed in advance, and where genuine access is not possible, we will tell you and propose the next best thing.

- Can the trip around the event be arranged too?
- Yes — flights, accommodation and transfers are often arranged around the same dates, so the whole weekend works as one plan.
- How far ahead should I plan?
- Major events — Monaco, Wimbledon, festival weeks — reward planning months ahead. Smaller cultural events can often be arranged a few weeks out.
